You will: Collaborate with key stakeholders and department leads to define project objectives, gather requirements, plan resources, manage cost-time-scope constraints, determine dependencies, define deliverables, and delivery dates. Act as bridge between tech, product development, edit, sales and outside vendors to keep projects in scope, on time and within budget. Maintain creative specifications and production timetables for all applicable digital products across web, tablet, mobile and social platforms. Manage client expectations/asks and organize deliverables on client and Time Inc. side for each specific project. Partner with digital ad products, sales, marketing and editorial teams to develop and manage creative production workflow processes. Serve as primary creative production bridge between (1) Time Inc. marketing/sales/edit, (2) client agency/advertiser team, and (3) outside creative/rich media vendors. Collaborate closely with Ad Ops to ensure final creative is delivered on time, subject to QA testing, and are handed-off to the campaign management teams for trafficking and launch. Obtain reports from all analytics and research tools used for campaign in an organized, deliverable format. Compile screenshots and campaign successes to include in post campaign report. Oversee the continual development and improvement of the CMS and serve as the liaison between editorial and tech teams. Create/maintain documentation for and train new editorial staff on CMS. Ensure web best practices, particularly regarding SEO, are applied to asset and content creation. Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) on all new products and bug fixes, report all issues to development team, and ensure appropriate resolution. Take part in the evaluation of new product pitches from outside vendors and make recommendations based on current needs and systems. You have: Minimum of 5 years of production or project management experience with digital campaigns at a media company, rich media vendor, digital agency, portal or advertising network. Excellent oral and written communication skills. ? Advanced PowerPoint skills to translate product objectives and ideas into integrated plans, visual decks for sales. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay detail-obsessed in a heavy volume, deadline-intensive environment. Superior project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep team members on track, on time and on budget. Proficiency in project management/bug tracking tools such as JIRA. Comprehensive understanding of social and mobile products, platforms and technologies. A strong desire to work in a dynamic and surprisingly entrepreneurial environment. Knowledge in HTML and CSS. Sharp technical accuracy. Sound decision-making and troubleshooting skills regarding code and identifying any technical or logistical issues. Expertise in Content Management Systems such as Drupal.
