You are a doer that has worked within an integrated agency, developing processes, solving studio needs, handling detailed project management and managing creative staffing. You have a thorough understand of the creative process from concept through execution.

Your mission would be to accomplish the following:

• Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer to ensure success of the creative teams and projects agency wide
• Maintain an environment where creativity work can be developed in a timely and profitable manner
• Develop new and clear processes for better project management and workflow, including: creative requests, trafficking, timelines, hot sheets, approvals, digital and traditional production and internal briefings
• Support the creative process in a fast-paced production environment
• Play a key role in company-wide profitability and Client/RFB satisfaction goals

Core Responsibilities and Duties:
• Direct and help coordinate the day-to-day agency Creative, Studio and production efforts with the Chief Creative Officer
• Liaison between account teams ensuring creative briefs are properly filled out, materials/assets are provided and foster communication throughout the process
• Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing for Creative and Studio team, lead appropriate project meetings and issuing daily hot lists
• Manage resourcing forecast spreadsheets based on input from account, and creative team
• Determine project risk (scope/resources/hours) on an ongoing basis
• Recommend process improvements for Resource Management and identifying best practices to be rolled out across Agen
